New observations from the telescope give new light on black holes ejection, A material that emits a black hole near the speed of light was observed with e-MERLIN, the arrangement of the British radio telescope at the Jodrell Bank Observatory.

Observations make it possible to understand more deeply how black holes supply their environment with energy.

The group successfully followed this release on this special system, MAXI J1820 + 070, after exploding in the summer of 2018.

The extreme distance from the black hole and the extreme angular distance are the largest observed by the system.

Using our radio observations, we can use new methods for this type of system to better estimate how much energy is contained in this release, according to researchers.

Galaxy black holes like MAXI J1820 + 070 are mini versions of supermassive black holes at the center of galaxies.

Feedback from these black holes is believed to be an important component in regulating galaxy growth.
